Terms of Service

Welcome to Vanessa Franco Photography. By accessing or using my website and Pixieset galleries, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

I offer professional photography services, including booking photo sessions, and receiving digital galleries through Pixieset. By booking with me or accessing your gallery, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Client Galleries

• Client galleries are hosted through Pixieset and can be password-protected or accessible via a private link. (At your discretion.)

• You may download, share, or order prints from your gallery for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Do not remove watermarks, alter images, or claim photographs as your own.

3. Copyright and Usage

• All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Vanessa Franco Photography.

• Clients receive personal usage rights only (for printing, sharing with family/friends, and posting online with credit).

• Commercial use, resale, or editing without permission is strictly prohibited.

• I reserve the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, or social media only with your written permission (as stated in your contract or model release).

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payment terms are outlined in your booking agreement or invoice.

• Deposits/retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• Session balances must be paid in full by the agreed due date before images are delivered.

• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with poses, expressions, or outfits once services are rendered.

5. Gallery Delivery and Expiration

• Online galleries will remain active for 2 weeks after delivery.

• Please download and back up your images promptly.

• After the expiration date, galleries may be removed without notice.

6. Image Editing

• All delivered images are edited for color, exposure, and composition.

• Additional retouching requests (object removal, body reshaping, etc.) may incur an extra fee.

• RAW (unedited) images are not provided under any circumstance.

7. Liability

While I take every precaution to protect your images and data, we are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by events beyond our control (technical issues, natural disasters, etc.).

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, accessing your Pixieset gallery, or downloading images, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
